These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by BSGRE PIVOT. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
BSGRE PIVOT provides services including but not limited to:
- Social media design
- Logo design and brand identity
- 3D modeling and 3D production
- CGI visuals
- AI-generated video ads
- Digital branding and marketing
- Graphic design services
All services are provided based on project requirements agreed upon with the client.
2. Project Approval
Before starting any project:
- Client must provide project details clearly
- Quotation must be approved
- Advance payment must be made
- Timeline will be discussed and confirmed
3. Payment Terms
- Projects require advance payment before work begins
- Remaining payment must be completed before final file delivery
- Delays in payment may delay project delivery
- Prices are non-negotiable once the project is approved
- All payments are non-refundable once work has started
4. Revisions
- Projects include a limited number of revisions (decided per project)
- Additional revisions may be charged
- Major concept changes after approval may be charged as a new project
5. Delivery
Final files will be delivered after full payment is completed.
File formats may include:
- PNG
- JPG
- MP4
6. Intellectual Property
After full payment:
- The client owns the final approved design
- BSGRE PIVOT reserves the right to showcase the work in portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes
7. Cancellation Policy
If a project is canceled after work has started:
- Advance payment will not be refunded.
- Work completed up to that stage will be billed.
8. Client Responsibility
The client must:
- Provide correct content, text, logo, images
- Ensure content does not violate copyright or trademark laws
- Respond to revisions and approvals on time
Acceptance of Terms
By hiring BSGRE PIVOT or making payment for any service, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Note:
BSGRE PIVOT reserves the right to use all completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a confidentiality agreement is signed before the project begins.
